At CUSTOM HERALDIC DESIGNS we strive to offer you our customer original quality products to enhance your Medieval Re-enacting experiences. We use the highest standards of construction and materials so that you can enjoy your purchase for years to come.

                                    

  • All payments are accepted through Pay Pal prior to beginning any order/project.

  • NOTE: Payment by E Checks incur a delay till funds are cleared before processing orders.

  • For your convenience a shopping cart hosted by PayPal is provided.

  • For Custom items there are links to order forms.

  • After placing/funding an order you will receive confirmation, usually within 3 business days.

  • For those who do not wish to use PayPal, Money orders may be accepted contact comments@rameset.com for approval.

  • It is the customers responsibility to inform us of deadlines shorter than the estimated completion times as outlined for each type of product, or large quantities prior to ordering. Address questions to inquiry@rameset.com regarding deadlines.

  • We reserve the right to refuse business from those judged to be too difficult to work with/please.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of orders.

  • NOTE: Image packages and Upgrades to hat orders do not incur shipping fees.

  • Products are shipped Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service.

  • Some items require special rigid packing and a flat shipping fee is required.

  • Charges include insurance and tracking of our products against loss on items exceeding $50.00 in value..

RUSH ORDERS

  • If the required deadline is not within the outlined turnaround times listed below it is best to contact; inquiry@rameset.com to see if the time frame can be accommodated.

  • Expedited (Priority shipment) and Overnight shipping is available at checkout through the shopping cart provided.

  • Depending on how urgent the need and existing workload we may at our discretion move the order to the front of the line and ship by whichever method we deem to be reasonable to meet specified deadlines.

IMAGE AND STATIONARY FILE ORDERS 

  • JPEG & GIF IMAGE orders can generally be completed within 7 working days.(2 - 3 weeks for full achievement packages)

  • After placing & funding your order, you will be E Mailed a sample image of your device for approval.

  • If any minor changes are required just let us know and the corrected & completed Images will be forwarded to you.

  • Image file orders do not incur shipping fees.

 

BANNER ORDERS      

  • Pennocils & Pennons are generally received 1 week to 10 days after receipt of payment.

  • You should allow 2 to 3 weeks (15 working days) for Personal Gonfalon orders.

  • A sample image of the design intent will be E Mailed for approval after Gonfalon payment is received.

  • You will be notified via email when the order is shipped out.

 

 HAT ORDERS

  • Soft Felt & Cloth hat orders are usually received within 1 week to 10 days of the order/payment date.

  • Customized hats may take slightly longer.

  • Allow 2 weeks for custom Buckram frame hats.

  • Confirmation is sent on all orders.

  • Most hats are offered in 2 sizes; S -M ,21 1/2" to 22 1/2" OR M - L, 22 1/2" to 23 1/2" , if these sizes won't work contact us before ordering to see if adjustments can be made - dependant on hat style. inquiry@rameset.com

 

PILLOW COVER ORDERS  

  • Allow 2 weeks for delivery of Personalized Heraldic 22" and 18" pillow covers.

  • A sample image of the design intent will be E Mailed for approval after Pillow order & payment is submitted.

  • You will be notified via email when the order has been shipped out.

 

MASK ORDERS

  • Allow 7 - 10 working days for mask orders

 

CUSTOM GARB ORDERS  

  • Custom Garb is priced on an individual basis. Interested parties are encouraged to contact inquiry@rameset.com    

  • Times, costs and other variables are addressed in responses to Inquiries.

  • Let us know your desired delivery/completion date when requesting information.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final. Every effort is made to ensure you get a quality product customized to your specifications. 

  • We assume no responsibility for excessive wear or failure to exercise normal care of our products.

  • In the event that you receive an item defective in construction, you will receive a merchandise credit for it's value (with proof of defect).

  • Or replacement - upon return of the defective merchandise within 2 weeks of receipt.

  • Efforts are made within reason to modify images until satisfaction is met, no refund is offered or implied.

  • Mutual agreement  of cancellations on custom orders requiring design intent or device images for approval incur a fee for time spent on said images commensurate to the value of work - time spent.
