At Custom Heraldic Designs we offer professional quality Buckram frame Hennins, Tudor and "French" hoods.

We make a wide assortment of high quality buckram frame Hennins and Hoods.

Our Hennins and Hoods are constructed of double buckram, re-enforced with millinery wire. They are treated to make them resistant to moisture (light rain and sweat). Styles are based on documented portraits from the High Gothic, Burgundian and Tudor periods. Covered and embellished to suit your fabric/color preferences. Tudor Bonnets can now be upgraded to "Bilament" edging and/or Black Opaque chiffon veil, see options below.
